Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update customer, vendor, and project information into our internal systemsMaintain data integrity and ensure records are up-to-date and properly organizedPerform regular audits of databases to identify and correct errorsCollaborate with customer service, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless data flowHandle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalismRequirements:
Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google WorkspaceAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExperience with ServiceTitan or similar platforms is a plusMust be available to work full-time onsite at our Newport Beach officeWhat We Offer:
