• *Job Overview**:
As a Data Consultant at aNumak & Company, you will play a pivotal role in advising and implementing the overall data management framework for our client’s office, specifically focusing on the NDMO (National Data Management Office) framework Phase 1 consulting. This role requires expertise in data management practices and a thorough understanding of the client’s requirements to ensure successful implementation.
• *Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the client’s team to assess their current data management practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop a comprehensive data management framework aligned with the NDMO Phase 1 consulting objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on data governance, data quality, data security, and data lifecycle management.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define data requirements, standards, and policies to support effective data management.
- Lead the implementation of the data management framework, including the rollout of new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for the client’s team to ensure understanding and adoption of the new data management practices.
- Monitor the implementation progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• *Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree
preferred.
- More than 10 years of experience in data management consulting, with a proven track record of
successfully implementing data management frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of data management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with the NDMO framework and experience working with governmental or regulatory
agencies would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into
data management solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
stakeholders at all levels.
