On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, We are seeking a highly experienced Data Center Solution Architect / Solution Manager to join Huawei's Data Center Facility Development team in Dubai. This regional pre-sales role focuses on translating complex business and technical requirements into innovative, customer-aligned data center and critical power solutions. You will act as the technical authority, supporting sales teams, partners, consultants, and end customers by designing solutions, presenting DCCP (Data Center Critical Power) products/services, and ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and industry standards. Mandatory Requirements Experience: Minimum 7 years in a pre-sales engineering, solution architect, or similar technical sales support role. Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge of data center white space planning, power systems, and cooling infrastructure. Proven experience in the Data Center and Critical Power business segment. Familiarity working with Distributors, Systems Integrators, or Manufacturers in the data center/critical infrastructure domain. Certifications: Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Certified (ATC) – mandatory. Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal); Arabic is a strong advantage for regional customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical solutions for data center and critical power projects. Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored technical proposals. Work with consultants and end users to create detailed technical specifications, including system requirements, interface specifications, guide specs, and architectural diagrams. Partner with Huawei internal teams (business leaders, product managers) to ensure solutions meet time, technical, and budgetary expectations. Evaluate technology options and recommend optimal solutions that align with customer budgets and business objectives. Develop implementation plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting in coordination with the services team. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep solutions innovative, effective, and competitive. Serve as the pre-sales technical lead: demonstrate and present Huawei DCCP products and services to internal sales, end customers, partners, and consultants. Show more Show less
