Role Description
Technical Skills and Experience
• 7+ years developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Experience with relational, star, and snowflake schemas
• Proficiency with ERWIN, Visio, PowerDesigner
• Experience with master data management and common data models
• Schema design balancing governance, flexibility, and quality
• Data partitioning, clustering, and indexing strategies
• Metadata management and governance implementation
• Creation of enterprise architecture artefacts
• 4+ years designing data lake / lakehouse schemas
• 3+ years implementing Medallion architecture
• Hands-on experience with:
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Data Lake Storage
• Azure Databricks
Core Skills and Experience
• 10+ years solutions development experience
• Experience with complex data integration
• Monitoring and enforcing modeling standards
• Experience with privacy and security in health systems
• Knowledge of security and recovery procedures
• Experience with relational and hierarchical databases
• Experience with information retrieval systems
• Production troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Knowledge of information management principles
Public Sector Experience
• 5+ years working with public-sector healthcare providers
• Knowledge of Public Sector Enterprise Architecture artifacts and practices
• Knowledge of PMI and public-sector project methodologies
• Experience with health-related public-sector projects
• Knowledge of ministry policy and IT approval processes
• Experience with Unified I&IT Project Methodology and gating processes
• Experience with large, complex health IT projects
