Job Title Medical Devices Data & Operations Analyst ________________________________________ Location On-site – Manhattan, New York (Hospital Environment) ________________________________________ Position Overview We are seeking a Medical Devices Data & Operations Analyst to support the analysis, procurement, and operational management of medical equipment in a hospital setting. This role is highly analytical and operational, combining data analysis, vendor coordination, purchase order management, and reporting related to medical devices. The ideal candidate has a biomedical or healthcare technology background, strong Excel-based analytical skills, and experience working with medical devices in a hospital or clinical environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to medical device inventory, utilization, costs, and performance Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and presentations for operational and leadership teams Identify trends and insights that support budgeting, forecasting, and purchasing decisions Ensure data accuracy and consistency across tracking tools and internal systems Vendor Coordination & Procurement Support Coordinate with medical device vendors on pricing, quotes, and product information Support commercial discussions and vendor negotiations in collaboration with procurement and leadership Prepare, track, and reconcile purchase orders (POs) for medical devices and accessories Monitor order status, deliveries, and discrepancies, and resolve issues as needed Operational & Hospital Support Work closely with clinical, operational, and finance teams to support medical device needs Provide on-site analytical and operational support related to medical devices Assist with documentation, reporting, and process improvements related to device management Support quality assurance and compliance reporting for medical devices as required ________________________________________ Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience working with medical devices in a hospital or healthcare environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis; macros a plus) Experience supporting purchase orders, vendor coordination, or procurement activities Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Manhattan Preferred Experience with hospital procurement or ERP systems Exposure to regulatory, quality, or compliance standards for medical devices Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders Prior experience supporting large hospital systems or academic medical centers Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Parental leave • Retirement plan Ability to Relocate: • New York, NY 10003: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
