Key Responsibilities
Analyze healthcare cost and utilization data to identify trends and evaluate program performance
Develop automated reporting tools and dashboards using Python and SQL to enhance visibility into key metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business questions into data-driven insights
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, or a related field
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and querying large datasets
Experience with data analysis libraries such as pandas and NumPy
Experience building and maintaining automated data pipelines
Experience working with cloud platforms and creating dashboards or visualizations
