We are an early-stage startup building a prediction market platform, preparing to launch in the UK and Ireland.
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join us on-site in Dubai and support users during the early stages of the platform’s growth.
This role goes beyond standard customer support — you will work closely with product and operations teams to help shape support processes and user experience from day one.

What you’ll do
• Handle user inquiries via email and support tools
• Help users understand the platform and resolve issues clearly and professionally
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to the product team
• Help build and improve internal support processes and FAQs
• Support early users during platform growth phases

What we’re looking for
• Strong written English communication skills
• Calm, professional, and user-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
• Interest in digital platforms, tech products, or fintech / gaming is a plus
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate and work on-site

Compensation & Growth
We offer a competitive salary, aligned with experience and responsibilities.
After 9 months, the role includes a planned salary increase of approximately 30%, subject to performance and continued collaboration.
