We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Support Specialist to deliver vital assistance to Asylum Seekers.
This is a fully remote role within the UK.
Work Hours: This position involves late shifts spread over 5 days, with each shift lasting 7.5 hours, between 12pm - 10pm, from Monday to Sunday, which may include weekends and bank holidays. A shift schedule will be shared in advance.
Start Date: Monday, 19th January 2026.
As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will:
• Respond to service user inquiries while ensuring accurate documentation.
• Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns when necessary.
• Meet performance targets while consistently upholding high customer service standards.
• Handle sensitive situations with empathy and resilience.
• Communicate essential information across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Professionally resolve service user issues calmly.
• Guide service users to the appropriate resources effectively.
• Follow established procedures and adapt to evolving circumstances.
• Manage confidential information in strict compliance with data protection regulations.
• Proactively seek feedback to enhance service quality and support personal growth.
