LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing travel organization to hire a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will work directly with customers over the phone to guide travel inquiries, recommend vacation packages, and deliver a high-quality booking experience. Customer Experience Specialist Key Responsibilities: • Handle primarily inbound calls from customers interested in booking travel
• Engage customers in natural conversation to understand needs and recommend trips, packages, and add-on services
• Upsell vacation options and services to maximize booking value
• Navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers and accurately document customer information
• Answer customer questions and provide support throughout the booking process
• Maintain organized records and follow up on inquiries as needed
• Collaborate with the contact center team to meet sales and service goals Customer Experience Specialist Qualifications: • Experience in sales, upselling, retail, or customer service in a phone-based or client-facing environment
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
• Ability to multitask across systems while on calls
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Openness to feedback, ongoing learning, and training
• Interest in travel or experience booking personal travel is a plus
• Must be open to working rotating Saturdays once or twice per month Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: $41,600 annually, plus potential to earn commission
