A European managed Cleaning and Technical Services company in Dubai is looking to hire enthusiastic and sales-driven customer sales representative Team Leader with with at least 5 years’ experience in the UAE, preferably in the Maid service or Cleaning and/or Facility Management business, to drive sales.
• *Requirements**:
Demonstrated experience in customer service and sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Experienced in call center operations
Can lead at least 6+ members
Effective negotiation/sales skills
Train and coach new employees
