Our client, a trusted building materials supplier located in the Central–East End, is seeking a personable and hardworking Counter Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative and customer-focused team. Duties may include, but are not limited to: • Accurately enter customer orders into the system • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth order flow • Prepare, provide, and follow up on customer quotes • Process orders from start to finish • Generate invoices and complete related documentation • Organize and maintain filing and paperwork • Confirm inventory availability and coordinate stock pickup times • Assist customers with inquiries and support as needed • Perform other related duties as assigned Required Skills and qualifications: • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a counter or sales role • Retail experience is also considered an asset • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively • Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality • Detail-oriented and focused on achieving goals • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Self-motivated with the ability to manage and complete tasks independently Perks and benefits: • Health and Dental benefits • Pension Match • Profit Sharing • Great team dynamic • Opportunities for professional and financial growth • Career advancement and training opportunities offered • Regular weekday hours (no evenings / weekends) • Loyal repeat customers • Free parking The wage for this position ranges between $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow within an organization. Schedule: Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 4:00pm.
