Skill : Coupa Lead/ Architect
Responsibilities
• Design and implement Coupa solutions as the lead architect, ensuring alignment with business processes and organizational procurement strategies.
• Lead end-to-end Coupa implementation, including solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Coupa solutions.
• Drive integration efforts between Coupa and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/others), ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
• Develop solution architecture documents, technical specifications, and configuration guides.
• Perform system assessments and identify opportunities to optimize procurement workflows and enhance system performance.
• Provide guidance and best-practice recommendations on Coupa modules (P2P, S2C, SIM, Invoice, Expenses, etc.).
• Lead troubleshooting efforts, resolve system issues, and support change requests.
• Mentor and guide project team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in procurement systems with at least 5+ years working with Coupa.
• Strong experience in Coupa architecture, configuration, and implementation across multiple modules.
• Hands-on experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes (P2P, sourcing, contracts, supplier management).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Coupa Certification(s) preferred.
• Prior experience leading large-scale Coupa implementations is a plus.
