Now Hiring: Content Systems Manager (Headless CMS / AEM)
Hybrid | Woodland Hills, CA (Onsite Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Contract | $60/hr+ (flexible for the right candidate)
We’re supporting a global organization in the travel and hospitality space that is looking for a technical Content Systems Manager to help translate business needs into scalable, API-ready content solutions.
This is not a content author or page production role. This position focuses on requirements gathering, content architecture, and partnering with developers to deliver sustainable CMS solutions.
What you’ll be doing
• Gather and translate business and product requirements into CMS structures and user stories
• Design and manage content models in a headless CMS environment (AEM Cloud preferred)
• Ensure content is structured and delivered via APIs for website and mobile app consumption
• Diagnose CMS and API-related issues and escalate to development teams
• Write clear Jira tickets and maintain technical documentation in Confluence
• Convert manual workflows (e.g., PDFs, intake forms) into scalable digital experiences
What we’re looking for
• Experience with a headless CMS (AEM preferred; Drupal or WordPress acceptable)
• API awareness: comfortable working with API-delivered content and collaborating with developers
• Strong experience using Jira and Confluence for delivery and documentation
• Background that spans content, systems, development, or product-adjacent roles
• Ability to commit to onsite work Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Woodland Hills
Nice to have
• Experience with AEM Cloud Service
• Visio or diagramming tools
• MS Office 365
• Travel, hospitality, or consumer-facing industries
