You will research, build, and implement scalable AI systems across various environments, ensuring that data is accurate and ready for advanced analytics. Additionally, you will monitor the performance of AI models and work with fellow data professionals to integrate these solutions into effective analytics procedures, all while complying with healthcare regulations.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of workstreams, managing processes and projects efficiently. Continuously innovate and improve processes through thorough research and analysis. Supervise and mentor technical teams in delivering high-quality outcomes. Engage with clients in collaborative working sessions, guiding them from project initiation to completion. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the life sciences industry. Enhance commercial and patient outcomes by customizing AI solutions in collaboration with life sciences experts. Bachelor's degree in a related field (4-year degree). 6-10 years of relevant experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning. 2-4 years of experience managing technical teams. Strong proficiency in Python. Adept at developing and maintaining AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms. Familiarity with Generative AI models and frameworks. Experience in natural language processing and deep learning techniques. Background in DevOps tools, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines. Working knowledge of MLOps and AI workflows, including data ingestion and model retraining. Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and data manipulation tools. Excellent communication skills; willingness to travel for client engagements. What We Offer You
