This role supports the daily administrative and compliance needs of a busy construction office and is ideal for someone who values structure, consistency, and being a reliable presence for the team. The Construction Office Administrator plays a key role in keeping documentation, licensing, and office operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Administer day-to-day office operations for a construction environment • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems • Collect, distribute, and track incoming mail and documents • Manage contractor licenses, renewals, certifications, and compliance postings • Maintain training records, calendars, and internal documentation • Assist with construction-related paperwork including lien releases and preliminary notices • Coordinate vendor and supplier documentation requests • Order, stock, and track office and breakroom supplies • Schedule travel, meetings, and company events • Coordinate office equipment maintenance and IT service providers • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations Qualifications Required • Experience in office administration or construction office support • Strong organizational and documentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently • Ability to work fully on-site in San Francisco Preferred • Prior experience in a construction or contractor office • Familiarity with lien documentation or compliance tracking Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $58,000–$65,000 annually (depending on experience) • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off and paid holidays • 401(k) with company match • Long-term stability with a respected, family-owned construction company
