We provide fully managed IT solutions to clients in a variety of different industries. **The position in a nutshell** We are looking for individuals with an expert level of understanding of Windows desktop operating systems, strong ability to diagnose computer, network and server issues while supporting end users, the installation of computers, software, network printers, and other peripherals. - Support, install, and maintain, both-in-house and at remote locations, user's computers, network, peripherals - Receive and respond to incoming support requests and fully document IT related issues - Develop and maintain an inventory of IT related equipment - Availability to work evenings and weekends for unexpected incidents, which is compensated **Key skills and characteristics include**: You should have an excellent knowledge of computer and networking technologies (Windows computers, servers, firewalls, printers, etc.) - 1-3 years of "solid" experience - Enjoys supporting and interacting with end users - Troubleshooting skills and critical thinking ability are essential - Working well under pressure, independently and in a team - Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French **Key certifications and experience are a plus**: - You are either self-taught or hold a college/university certificate or degree in relevant fields - CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA, NSE, and other certifications are an asset **Perks**: - Competitive salary based on experience, certifications, and merit - Complete health, dental, and wellness package - Work-related cellphone expenses - Opportunity for professional development **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay **Language**: - English and French fluently (preferred) Willingness to travel: - 50% (preferred)
