A company is looking for a Computational Biologist (AI / ML).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate computational methodologies integrating multi-omic datasets for predictive models in translational biology
Lead projects applying AI models to challenges in disease biology, biomarker discovery, and target exploration
Collaborate with AI companies to co-develop foundation models for drug discovery
Required Qualifications
PhD in computational biology, AI / ML, applied statistics, biophysics, or MS with relevant professional experience
5 years of experience in applied computational biology and multi-omic dataset integration, with 2 years in a startup environment
2 years of experience in translational science, focusing on target identification, biomarker discovery, or patient stratification
Proven ability to implement and evaluate computational methodologies using machine learning and AI for biological research
Excellent coding skills in Python and experience with relevant ML / AI libraries
