**Mandatory Requirement**:
- Implement parametric modelling, converting design ideas at conceptual stage with Dynamo / Rhino/Grasshopper and other relevant plug-in tools.
- Fully conversant in computational solution using API platform / C /.Net / VBA for Staad / Grasshopper for Rhino / Dynamo for Revit / Matlab / FORTRAN, LadyBug, HoneyBee, Butterfly, OpenFoam, Karamba,
- Experience with Architectural/Engineering Parametric Design (STR/MEP/Sustainability/Facades)
- Ability to produce REVIT deliverables from the parametric design
- Algorithm Development for Design Automation
- Well versed in BIM Interfacing / collaboration with relevant Engineering Analysis softwares (Structural & MEP)
- Proficient in articulating the design ideas developed from the parametric studies into a graphical presentation with digital illustrations
• *Preferable Requirement (not mandatory)**:
- Sketching & presentation skills will be a plus. Preferred software or graphic design skills in InDesign, Illustrator, Revit, Sketch-Up, MS PowerPoint will be a bonus.
- Willing to learn, motivated, enthusiastic and social.
- Previous experience in architectural/engineering Consulting Firm. Relevant design/ architecture education with specialisation in programming / coding.
