Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Co-Founder/ GTM Lead (US) at Kroolo. In this role, you will spearhead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, driving customer acquisition, market positioning, and revenue generation. Key responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, conducting competitor analysis, and creating campaigns to grow brand awareness. You will work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment with business goals and continuously refine strategies for scaling operations.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to drive customer growth and build brand visibility.
• Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to identify market trends, perform competitive analysis, and develop actionable insights.
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and to articulate the company’s vision and value proposition.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of creating and executing successful Go-To-Market strategies.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Previous experience in leading or co-founding a startup is a plus.
• Familiarity with productivity tools and AI-powered platforms is highly desirable.
