Oversee and manage the cloud line of business, including planning, promotion, and expansion of cloud solution offerings. Drive revenue generation from Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and other cloud products and services. Manage end-to-end cloud sales operations from lead generation to deal closure. Identify and pursue new business opportunities Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable cloud solutions and service packages. Manage customer onboarding for cloud services, ensuring smooth implementation and user adoption. Execute and place cloud service orders through vendor and distributor portals, ensuring timely activation and accuracy. Develop and maintain cloud vendor partnerships (Microsoft and other cloud partners), ensuring compliance with partner program requirements. Plan and utilize COOP (Co-operative) Funds effectively, ensuring maximum benefit from vendor partner programs and marketing initiatives. Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure, retention, and upselling opportunities. Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales contracts in coordination with technical teams Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance using CRM tools. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging cloud technologies. Job Type: Full-time
