Daily maintenance
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, issue resolution, emergency response, and technical support.
Document and report on all maintenance activities and incidents.
Process improvement
Contribute to the development and refinement of operational workflows and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Incident management
Respond promptly to system outages or performance issues.
Conduct thorough investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Technical support
Provide technical assistance and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.
Requirements

Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Linux, databases (MySQL, Redis, Kafka, MongoDB), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus.
Experience with high availability design, observability, and operational processes.
Preferred: Prior experience in project management, product management, or knowledge of app development/client-side technologies.
