YOUR TEAM
You will join the IT/Tooling team. A dynamic team that enjoys working in a relaxed atmosphere, where everyone has their place. Where everyone can and must bring their ideas, their own experience to collaborate together in a team spirit.
Your particularity: you will be the privileged point of contact for the innovation team and a small agile production team specialized in GenAI for everything related to generative AI infrastructures and tools. You will play a bridging role between exploration, prototyping, and putting GenAI solutions into production.
YOUR MISSION
Enable our artists and creative teams to leverage generative AI in a fluid, secure, and inspiring manner. You will play a key role in transforming our creative pipeline by actively participating in applied research and the industrialization of new GenAI tools.
In collaboration with the Innovation team and a small dedicated agile production team, you will contribute to defining, experimenting with, and deploying the workflows, models, and infrastructure that make hybrid production (human + AI) possible. Concretely, you will ensure the deployment, maintenance, and evolution of our GenAI environments (cloud and on-prem), while guaranteeing performance, reliability, governance, and ease of use for creatives.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Deploy, maintain, and evolve GenAI environments (e.g., ComfyUI) to provide a smooth, stable, and accessible experience for creative teams.
• Collaborate with the Innovation team and the GenAI squad to transform explorations and prototypes into producible, reusable, and versioned workflows.
• Operate and optimize cloud platforms dedicated to GenAI workloads (RunPod, Azure): storage, servers, security, networking, performance, and costs.
• Set up and orchestrate the GPU compute infrastructure on Azure (Kubernetes/Terraform) and RunPod (VM & Serverless) according to production and experimentation needs.
• Design and deploy a hybrid AI render farm (On-prem + Cloud) to automate renderings and optimize resources.
• Develop and maintain GPU job orchestration (queuing, scheduling, monitoring) to support the reliable execution of GenAI workflows at scale.
• Integrate GenAI pipelines with creative production and validation tools, notably Autodesk Flow Production Tracking (ShotGrid).
• Package, version, and document workflows and models (ComfyUI and others) to promote reproducibility and collaboration.
• Contribute to the vision and progressive deployment of a self-service portal for artists (mid-term).
• Actively participate in technological watch and testing on relevant GenAI tools, models, and practices for our creative uses.
• Document solutions, share learnings, and contribute to the internal expert community (DevOps, Dev Systems, architecture, systems).
• Set up controlled “sandbox” environments to test new models, plugins, and workflows, and evaluate their creative and operational value.
YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES
• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps, or intermediate profile with a demonstrated passion for AI and relevant experience.
• Strong interest in generative AI and its creative applications.
• Experience with Azure cloud environments and/or cloud GPU platforms (RunPod, Vast, etc.).
• Knowledge of Python (required to work with ComfyUI and the GenAI ecosystem).
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker (deployment, container orchestration).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, Python or Bash).
• Good knowledge of network concepts (L2, L3, Firewall, VPN, Hub-spoke).
• Experience with GitLab administration.
• Knowledge of Agile management methodologies.
• Technological solution engineering skills.
• Ability to document and communicate technical solutions.
• You have participated in the design and deployment of technological solutions from initiation to final project delivery.
• Excellent communication in French and English.
• Experience or strong interest in applied R&D contexts (prototype → industrialization), with a strong product/user sensibility.
ASSETS
• Experience with ComfyUI or other creative GenAI tools (Stable Diffusion, etc.).
• Experience with production pipeline tools such as Shotgrid/Flow Production Tracking or similar.
• Experience with GPU job and render farm orchestration.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps Services.
• Open source contributions or personal AI projects.
• Ability to be a technical leader in your field, sharing your knowledge.
