CICD Implementation Lead with Devops & Java

Role: CICD Implementation Lead with Devops & Java Location: Riverwoods - IL Contract Job Description: • 7+ years of experience in Application Development or Application Architecture • 3+ years of experience in DevOps roles and conceptual knowledge of the entire DevOps stack • Strong DevOps leadership and engineering experience applying DevOps and CI/CD concepts • Knowledge of branching strategies • Good experience conceptualizing, designing and implementing overall pipeline architecture for different application stack like PCF, AWS with Sonarqube, Vault & Contrast like tools. • Solid experience managing environments from development to production • Broad automation experience in build, test, configuration and deployment in complex environments • Knowledge of infrastructure concepts (IP networking, load balancing, firewalls, etc.) • Knowledge of monitoring tools (DynaTrace, AppDynamics, etc.) • Knowledge of development concepts (REST, JSON, etc.) Preferred: • Strong experience in security (certificates, key stores, trust stores, etc.) • Strong experience in scripting languages and troubleshooting skills in Unix/Linux systems environment and applications implementations. • Understanding and experience with a variety of deployment approaches • Strong experience in Configuration Management and Release Management • Experience with Log Analytics (Elk, Splunk, etc.) • Knowledge in cloud infrastructure and container technologies, such as Kubernetes and Docker.
