The Opportunity We are looking for a seasoned AI and DevOps Lead to champion our initiatives in Agentic DevOps. This role is crucial in scaling our Generative AI solutions across various cloud environments. You will design and implement a robust Agentic DevOps framework that guarantees production readiness and deployment efficiency. You will manage a dynamic team of engineers, architects, and DevOps specialists, focused on delivering top-tier agentic systems that exceed industry standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development of scalable DevOps strategies for agentic systems utilizing tools like LangGraph, Crew AI, and Autogen. • Create reusable frameworks for agent lifecycle management, monitoring, and orchestration. • Design and oversee CI/CD pipelines for both public and private cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. • Ensure agentic applications meet enterprise standards for security and compliance. • Guide and mentor cross-functional teams across AI engineering and DevOps. • Work closely with solution architects to customize deployments for client requirements and provide effective onboarding. This role will require travel which may range from 0% to 100%, depending on business and client needs. Located in San Diego, CA, successful candidates must either reside in or be willing to relocate to San Diego prior to starting. Qualifications • At least 8 years in technical leadership, including roles in DevOps, AI/ML, or cloud engineering. • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Python programming. • At least 1 year of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks such as LangGraph and Crew AI. • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform). • A minimum of 6 years in architecting solutions on Azure. • At least 1 year of experience with deploying and monitoring Generative AI systems. • 1 year of experience with RAG, LLM fine-tuning, and multi-agent orchestration. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years required; 6 years required if holding an Associate's Degree). Bonus Qualifications • Familiarity with enterprise data integration technologies (e.g., SAP, SharePoint). • Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) or AI/ML. • Experience in cloud engineering on AWS and GCP. • Strong knowledge of cloud security and cost optimization strategies. • Prior experience in life sciences, fintech, or regulated sectors is a plus. Compensation At our organization, compensation varies based on several factors such as location, role, experience, and skill set. Expected salary ranges for several locations are as follows: • California: $94,400 to $293,800 • Cleveland: $87,400 to $235,000 • Colorado: $94,400 to $253,800 • District of Columbia: $100,500 to $270,300 • Illinois: $87,400 to $253,800 • Maryland: $94,400 to $253,800 • Massachusetts: $94,400 to $270,300 • Minnesota: $94,400 to $253,800 • New York: $87,400 to $293,800 • New Jersey: $100,500 to $293,800 • Washington: $100,500 to $270,300 Our Commitment We value diversity and are dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities.
