Role Insights
We are looking for a dynamic Chief of Staff to support our President & General Manager. This role offers you the chance to be a key strategic partner in driving operational excellence and leading our transformation into a unified AI-first platform. With 7-10+ years of experience in product operations, operational strategy, or management consulting—especially in B2B SaaS or enterprise software—you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our product portfolio, focused on on-premise and hybrid deployment models.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Strategic leadership and executive partnership.
• Driving organizational transformations through complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Enhancing operational execution and facilitating technology adoption, particularly with AI/ML capabilities.
We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Demonstrated experience in change management and a strong track record in analytical problem-solving will be essential. Your ability to influence without authority in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment will set you apart.
