We are supporting a confidential search for a Manager: Campaign, Data & Analytics to join a fast-paced, performance-driven organization. This role sits at the intersection of campaign execution, data governance, and performance analytics, and is critical to ensuring marketing effectiveness across channels. The ideal candidate is highly hands-on, data-driven, and able to operate independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities • Independently set up, QA, launch, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and performance from end to end. • Design and maintain clean campaign structures, including naming conventions, taxonomy, and audience logic, to enable scalable reporting and optimization. • Work confidently with agencies when required, while retaining the ability to operate without agency support when needed. • Build and maintain automated performance dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau, translating data into clear, actionable KPIs. • Proactively identify and flag risks, data gaps, tracking issues, and performance concerns early, recommending practical solutions. • Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders by providing clear insights, performance narratives, and data-backed recommendations. Key Requirements • Strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns. • Solid understanding of campaign measurement frameworks, data hygiene, and attribution fundamentals. • Proven experience building self-serve dashboards and working with large data sets. • Highly detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. • Confident communicator, able to challenge constructively and operate with minimal supervision.
