Role Overview
We are seeking a Specialist Platform – Data Analytics professional to join a high-performing Data Science & Analytics consulting team. This role sits at the Manager level and requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and hands-on analytical execution.
You will act as the analytics partner for assigned business stakeholders, delivering high-impact insights across marketing, customer, and transactional data. This is a hands-on role for someone deeply invested in data quality, measurement accuracy, and analytical rigor.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform hands-on analysis across large volumes of transaction, marketing, and customer-level data
• Own analytics engagements end-to-end, including scoping, execution, and delivery
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and narratives for stakeholders
• Develop and support measurement strategies, learning agendas, and analytics roadmaps
• Deliver insights and presentations independently to internal teams and business partners
• Define project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
• Partner cross-functionally with Client Management, Media, Strategy, UX, Search, and Technology teams
• Mentor and support junior analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and project oversight
• Contribute to thought leadership, documentation, and best practices where applicable
Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of experience in analytics or data-driven roles
• Adobe Analytics expertise (minimum 2–3 years hands-on)
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience working with data schemas and data models
• Extremely detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
• Proven experience delivering analytics projects from intake through execution
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-based consulting environment
Preferred Qualifications
• 5–8 years of experience in a quantitative or analytics-driven business environment
• Experience in marketing analytics, web analytics, performance marketing, ecommerce, or digital measurement
• Prior experience mentoring or managing junior team members
• Travel & Hospitality industry experience (nice to have, not required)
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
