We believe that human progress is invaluable, but it should be done in the right way – responsibly, sustainably and having a positive impact on the communities we operate in.    We are seeking a Business Systems Administrator to own, administer, and continuously improve a portfolio of enterprise SaaS applications used across the business. This role sits at the intersection of business operations and IT, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure systems are secure, reliable, well-integrated, and aligned to business needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically curious, and comfortable translating business requirements into system configurations and workflows. Job Requirements • Administer and support enterprise applications such as Ironclad, SAP, DocuSign, HiBob and other business-critical SaaS platforms. • Serve as the primary system owner for assigned tools, including configuration, access management, and ongoing optimization. • Partner with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to manage integrations (SSO, APIs, data flows) and ensure compliance with security and governance standards. • Manage user provisioning, roles, permissions, and audit controls. • Troubleshoot system issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate resolutions with vendors or internal teams. • Gather requirements from business users and translate them into scalable system solutions. • Support system implementations, upgrades, and new feature rollouts. • Maintain system documentation, process guides, and change logs. • Manage vendor relationships, including support tickets, roadmap discussions, and license usage. • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency. Job Responsibilities • 3+ years of experience administering business systems or enterprise SaaS applications. • Hands-on experience with at least one major enterprise platform e.g., ERP, CLM, e-signature, CRM, HRIS (ideally HiBob). • Strong understanding of user access controls, role-based permissions, and system governance. • Experience working cross-functionally with IT and business teams. • Ability to analyze processes and translate requirements into technical configurations. • Demonstrated ability to function effectively when coordinating between business teams and external vendors. • Experience implementing workflows in middleware solutions (N8N, Boomi, Zapier, etc.) and/or experience with building applications using python or javascript considered a strong plus. Our Canada package includes: Compensation • The expected base salary for this role CAD$110,000 - 120,000/annum. • Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and market data for the region. • Total Compensation package may be inclusive of annual incentive bonus, and equity (long-term incentive).
