We are hiring a Business Development Associate/Sales Associate to expand our footprint in the US and Canadian markets. This is a ground-floor opportunity with high earning potential for someone entrepreneurial, well-connected, and ready to grow with us.
Role Description
This is a Hybrid role where you’ll act as both an individual contributor and a sales leader. In the near term, you’ll be hands-on in hunting, building relationships, and closing deals. Over time, you’ll also help establish the sales playbook, processes, and pipeline discipline to scale our revenue efforts across North America.
You’ll take a consultative sales approach, understanding client challenges and crafting tailored, value-driven offerings. Working closely with our digital marketing and technical teams, you’ll win new clients, expand existing accounts, and build long-term partnerships in an underserved but opportunity-rich market.

Salary: $20 per hour and commission

What You’ll Do:
• Own the full sales cycle — from identifying and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing subscription contracts.
• Generate outbound leads
• Focus on clients across North America.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Inside Sales to drive campaigns, events, and ABM strategies targeting CXO personas.
• Create and deliver tailored sales pitches that speak to client needs and ROI.
• Develop long-term client relationships to maximize renewals and upsells.
• Stay ahead of market trends to identify new SaaS growth opportunities.
• Bring fresh ideas and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Communicate and attend meetings with global team on daily basis
What You Bring:
• 1+ years of B2B consultative sales experience in IT services or technology solutions.
• Proven hunter mentality with a track record of hitting targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or AWS ecosystems is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter attitude with a results-driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English (essential for our markets).
• Experience with cold calling and cold outreach;
• Experience in the IT and consulting industry is a plus
• Ability to travel locally and nationally
