Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Business Architect to support our clients in defining business strategy and aligning business and technology capabilities.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, bringing clarity to complex challenges and supporting end-to-end transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks and blueprints across sectors, with a focus on transport and infrastructure
Design target operating models, value streams, and capability maps aligned with strategic goals
Facilitate strategic planning workshops with C-level stakeholders and provide advisory support during transformation journeys
Conduct gap analyses, maturity assessments, and impact analyses across business units
Align business and digital strategy, ensuring coherence between operating models and enabling technology
Document business processes and identify areas for optimisation and innovation
Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership, and client pitches as part of business development
Required Experience and Skills
4+ years of experience in business architecture or enterprise architecture
Demonstrated success delivering complex transformation programmes, preferably with C-suite exposure
Deep understanding of TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks
Strong analytical and modelling skills – value streams, capabilities
Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across private and public sectors
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both verbal and written
Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in transport, logistics, aviation, or mobility sectors
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
TOGAF certification or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
