Senior Business Analyst – Health & Behavioural Analytics (Data & Insights) Employment Type: Contract (via NTT) Work Arrangement: Hybrid Location: Central Singapore Role Overview We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst (Health & Behavioural Analytics) to support large-scale national lifestyle and preventive health programmes through advanced data analysis and insight generation. This role focuses on analysing user engagement, behavioural change, and programme effectiveness across digital platforms and integrated health initiatives. The successful candidate will bridge data, business objectives, and policy outcomes, translating analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for programme optimisation and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Conduct business and programme analytics to assess effectiveness, adoption, and outcomes of large-scale health initiatives • Analyse user engagement, retention, and behavioural patterns across digital platforms and integrated programmes • Define, track, and interpret KPIs, outcome metrics, and success measures aligned to programme objectives • Apply statistical techniques to identify drivers of engagement, adherence, and sustained behaviour change • Perform cohort analysis, segmentation, funnel analysis, and experimental evaluations • Translate analytical findings into clear insights, recommendations, and decision papers for stakeholders • Collaborate with data science, data engineering, product, and programme teams to operationalise insights • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to support management and governance reviews • Ensure analytics work complies with data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements Required Experience & Qualifications • Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Public Health, or related disciplines • Candidates from other academic backgrounds may be considered if supported by professional certifications in business analytics or data science and relevant working experience • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in business analytics, data analysis, or programme analytics roles Analytical Expertise • Strong foundation in statistical analysis and data interpretation • Practical experience with techniques such as: • Hypothesis testing • Regression analysis • Clustering and segmentation methods • Ability to design analytics approaches aligned to programme evaluation and outcome measurement Technical Skills • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation • Hands-on experience with: • Python for analysis and modelling • Power BI for dashboards and reporting • Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modelling) • Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources Business & Communication Skills • Strong business acumen with the ability to: • Link data insights to programme and organisational objectives • Convert analysis into practical, decision-ready recommendations • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Self-driven and analytical, able to: • Frame problem statements independently • Select appropriate methodologies • Deliver insights with minimal supervision Domain Experience (Highly Advantageous) • Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or behavioural analytics • Exposure to: • Digital platforms or consumer-facing applications • User engagement metrics and behaviour change measurement • Programme evaluation, experimental design, or A/B testing • Experience analysing large-scale consumer behaviour or population-level datasets Interested candidates are kindly requested to email their CV with their experience to sandeep.sringeripai@global.ntt We look forward to your application!
