• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
• Strong experience working on AI, ML, and Generative AI initiatives
• Hands-on exposure to data analytics, data platforms, and BI solutions
• Solid understanding of banking processes (Retail, Corporate, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Payments, or Wealth)
• Experience writing BRD, FRD, user stories, and data requirements
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
