We are seeking a Boom Truck Driver who will be responsible for
driving and operating boom trucks to lift, transport, and position cargo within
port areas while ensuring safety and compliance with port regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate boom truck for lifting and transporting cargo within port premises.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle roadworthiness.
• Follow lifting plans, load limits, and signalman instructions.
• Secure loads properly and ensure safe transportation.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, riggers, and signalmen.
• Adhere strictly to port traffic management and safety rules.
• Maintain vehicle logs and report mechanical issues.
Requirements
• Valid Heavy Vehicle / Boom Truck Driving License.
• Lifting operation certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of boom truck driving experience in port environments.
