📍 Location: Alps Avenue (East)
🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
💰 Salary Range: SGD 3,000 – SGD 4,000
📄 Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
• Input and manage billing data within the company’s accounting and billing systems
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, transactions, and payment histories
• Monitor client payments and ensure timely collections
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies or disputes in a professional manner
• Provide support to clients regarding billing and payment-related matters
• Prepare regular billing and payment status reports for management review
• Assist with accounts receivable reconciliation
• Ensure all billing activities comply with financial regulations and company policies
Requirements
• Diploma or higher qualification
• 3–5 years of relevant billing or accounting experience
• Experience in 3PL / logistics industry is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Good communication and client service abilities
• Proficient in billing systems and basic accounting functions
