Financial Experience is a must.
8-10 yrs of experience is required.
Must-haves: -
• Informatica expertise, which implies previous work in an enterprise environment as well -Big Data Management, Real Time, Power Exchange, SQL -Must understand how things work at core level because the phone screen will not only brush the surface level skills.
• In fact, the candidate should brush up on their knowledge and ETL process before the phone screen.
• They will have to be able to answer many methodical questions, how they manage dependencies, how they design, etc. -If candidate does not know how things work at core level, they will likely struggle with phone screen
Nice to have: -
Salesforce and or CRM, because it shows that candidate will be able to apply Big Data to a CRM, but the above knowledge should make this task doable regardless if they have a deep understanding -MPP and or Greenplum
