ROLE
SkillCorner is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager with a focus on data analysis to develop working relationships and experiences for our customer base through proactive data analysis, research and product support. Operating with a regional level of responsibility, you’ll be directly responsible for post-sales guidance and support, while working closely with business development leads to maintain existing and upsell new products and services.
LOCATION
Remote; while we’re flexible on the exact location and encourage remote working, we require the candidate to be located in the US.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creation of tailored client facing research and analysis
• Online and in-person presentation of products, tools, education material and analysis
• Daily communication with business development (strategy, analysis & problem solving)
• Department cross over communication (Analysis, Product, Marketing, Business Dev)
• New and/or existing customer product onboarding
• Product education and training
è Data integration within customer workflows using data analytics tools, templates, dashboards
• Proactive & reactive support
• Collect, organize and deliver customer feedback internally/externally
• Assisting in the creation and development of training and educational materials
