The current challenge is delivery:
executing implementations with quality, speed, and consistency, while learning from real usage to improve what we build next.
We're a small, early-stage team. This role is critical to making the product work in the real world, not just on paper.
We're looking for a backend-first Product Engineer to help take a live B2B product from an MVP-style setup to a solid, production-ready system.
The product is already operating with real customers in Dubai.
The challenge now is not to "prototype", but to strengthen the core:
system behavior, integrations, reliability, and scalability — so it can grow without breaking.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be building, improving and owning real parts of the product.
What you'll be doing
Take an existing MVP and evolve it into a more robust, maintainable codebase:
Build and improve backend logic, APIs and integrations
Work on system behavior, edge cases and failure handling
Integrate with external tools (CRMs, automation tools, messaging platforms, etc.)
Collaborate closely with the founder on product and technical decisions
Prioritize clarity, reliability and real-world usage over "perfect architecture"
What we're looking for
Strong backend or backend-leaning product engineering experience
You've built real systems, not just isolated features
Comfortable owning parts of a product end-to-end
Experience with APIs, integrations and system logic
Able to work in English on a daily basis
Comfortable working aligned with Dubai business hours
Nice to have
Experience with automations or workflow-based systems
Experience working in early-stage or fast-moving environments
Familiarity with AI-powered products or LLM-based systems (not mandatory)
