A company is looking for an Associate QA Lead - Database Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the QA leadership team in hiring, managing, and mentoring the internal QA team
Serve as a liaison between QA and Production to identify department needs and allocate resources
Develop and maintain QA KPIs to measure project trends and success
Required Qualifications
2+ years in a QA leadership position on a shipped AAA multi-platform title; 5+ years total in game development
Experience working with an external QA team on a shipped title
Experience in risk analysis and mitigation
Exceptional Jira / Confluence skills; Jira admin experience is a strong plus
Experience in agile development methodologies
