Key responsibilities include: Business Development: • Drive proposals and sales pursuits independently. Client Programs: • Lead and deliver transformation programs for clients • Develop trusted relationships with clients Talent Development: • Demonstrate the ability to attract, recruit, retain and develop top consulting talent • Develop team members to become successful Thought Leadership: • Develop practice service offerings, solutions and methodologies • Develop point of views (POVs) and speak at events such as, establishing self as an industry thought leader Basic Qualifications: • Big 4 or equivalent experience in a leadership capacity • 11+ years of experience in doing strategy, design, and transformation programs with clients in the areas of Data, Analytics, AI & Gen AI • Familiarity with modern cloud-based data and analytics platforms. • Strong core consulting craft skills such as problem solving, problem definition, strong oral and written communications skills, including presentation skills and ability to apply frameworks for framing client issues • Cross industry experience vs single industry focus • Executive presence and clear communication skills, both written and spoken • Preference for applicants who reside in or around an Infosys Consulting Hub Location (Boston, New York, Bridgewater, NJ, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle) • Ability to travel extensively. • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience meeting or exceeding a sales target and/or managed revenue target • 11 years of leadership experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience with an industry or service offering focus. • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience; experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement team's desirable.
