We are currently looking for an Assistant Employee Experience Project Manager to be part of our Employee Experience Team in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Digital Employee Experience & Insights Lead, you will be a key driver of execution for our large-scale HR digital transformation project. This role requires a proactive professional who will be the primary force behind the day-to-day success of process and change activities, make informed tactical decisions, and actively contribute to planning. You will be essential in translating project strategy into tangible results in a highly complex, matrixed stakeholder environment. The contract may be renewed, subject to operational needs and the candidate’s performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Change Management Execution & Enablement
Drive the tactical rollout of the change management plan, including stakeholder engagement, communications and engagement activities, and the activation of support networks to drive awareness, readiness, and adoption.Manage the deployment of all enablement initiatives, including managing the end-to-end training lifecycle (development, logistics, delivery, tracking) and creating supporting materials (e.g., job aids, FAQs).Implement reinforcement strategies by monitoring adoption metrics, analysing feedback, and coordinating ongoing support to ensure sustained behaviour change.Process Design Coordination & Support
Lead the coordination and documentation for the Process Design workstream, including organising workshops, synthesising outputs into clear process maps, and maintaining version-controlled documentation.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing and refining test scenarios and scripts with stakeholders, coordinating test cycles, tracking results, and helping to triage and resolve defects.Act as a key liaison to ensure process designs are accurately reflected in project deliverables and communications.Project Integration & Delivery Support
Act as a flexible project partner, providing decisive logistical and coordination support to other workstreams (e.g., Communications, Technical Testing) as needed.Ensure seamless integration between workstreams by anticipating dependencies and managing handoffs.Contribute to project planning and reporting by providing realistic delivery updates, resource forecasts, and clear status summaries.
REQUIREMENTS
University graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project delivery, preferably within a large-scale HRIS implementation or migration (i.e. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle Cloud).Proven track record of driving deliverables to completion with autonomy, sound judgment, and a strong sense of accountability.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to assess situations and make sound, timely decisions to keep activities on track.Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills. A self-starter who can plan their work and influence peers.Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.Results driven with a continuous improvement mindset.Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced project environment and manage competing priorities.
