🌈Responsibilities:
• Responsible for on-site installation, setup and configuration of high-quality audio-visual systems for a variety of projects
• Able to do racking and termination of AV cablings during project installation works
• Possess basic networking knowledge for linking up the AV System for Control System or DSP Audio System
• Work closely with the project-in-charge, system design team and technical teams to ensure the successful integration and functionality of AV system
• Testing and commissioning of AV system and troubleshoot if needed to achieve stable and reliable performance of AV system installed
• Ensure works are carried out in a professional way to meet expectations and comply with industry safety standards and company policies
• Provide on-site technical support during and after system installation, and communicate effectively with clients to ensure customer’s satisfaction
• Provide basic training to end user on the operation and maintenance of AV systems
🌈Requirements:
• ITE/ Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in AV industry
• Experience with products such as video walls, LED & LCD displays, digital sound processors (DSP), amplifiers, speakers, videoconferencing systems, and audio-visual switches
• Any Audio Visual / Networking (CCNT/CCNA) Certifications an advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
