Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Anaplan Solution Architect / Lead Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Anaplan solutions. This role will support incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will lead Anaplan architecture, drive best practices, and deliver scalable, integrated solutions while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Anaplan solutions
Design, build, and enhance Anaplan models, including data models, modules, and dashboards
Own the overall Anaplan architecture, ensuring models are scalable, optimized, and well-integrated
Maintain and optimize existing Anaplan models; deliver enhancements for automation, integration, and improved user experience
Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Anaplan applications
Provide ongoing technical and application support, troubleshooting issues with end users
Stay current with Anaplan features and releases, identifying opportunities to improve business processes
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Data teams to ensure seamless system integration
Document technical designs, configurations, and development standards for knowledge transfer
Required Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on experience with Anaplan, including solution architecture and advanced model building
Minimum 3+ end-to-end Anaplan implementations, with strong focus on incentive compensation and revenue models
Deep Expertise In Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Processes

Proven ability to design holistic, end-to-end integrated solutions
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge requirements and optimize manual processes

Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
Experience documenting complex Anaplan models and processes clearly and professionally
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong passion for delivering an exceptional user experience
Anaplan Certification is a plus
