Business Coach (Digital Marketing Focus)

WSI is the world’s largest and most established digital marketing franchise network. For over 30 years, we’ve helped local business owners around the globe grow by unlocking the power of digital. Now, we’re looking for a Business Coach who’s ready to make a difference — not from a playbook, but through hands-on partnership, live sales coaching, and strategy-building with real business owners.
This is more than a coaching role. It’s a chance to help people build the business (and life) they’ve always wanted.
What You’ll Be Doing
You'll serve as a trusted advisor and performance coach for WSI franchisees — most of whom are solo entrepreneurs or small teams building digital marketing agencies and providing AI Consulting Services.. Your mission? Help them grow, close more deals, and run their business more effectively.
You'll support new and established franchisees by:
Guiding new owners through launch and early sales cycles Coaching tenured owners to refine strategy and improve operational results Joining end-client sales calls to support and strengthen pitches Helping set business goals and tracking results over time Providing honest, thoughtful feedback and celebrating milestones Introducing and advising on AI tools that can streamline operations, improve marketing performance, and create competitive advantages Acting as a bridge to the wider WSI network, tools, and community
Who This Role Is Perfect For
You might be a great fit if:
You have 3–7 years of experience in coaching, business development, or client strategy You’ve mentored others and seen them grow because of your support You’ve worked in or around marketing, and you “get” small business clients You’re energized by a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a lot of variety You have hands-on experience or a strong interest in applying AI tools (ChatGPT, Make, Gemini, building custom GPT’s) You know how to balance encouragement with accountability Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
Bonus points if you:
Have worked in a franchise, agency, or consulting setting Are comfortable analyzing business performance and translating it into action Have coached individuals or teams in a structured performance environment Have introduced or implemented AI-driven solutions in marketing or business processes

Compensation:
Competitive base salary with quarterly bonuses based on performance
