Role Responsibilities:
• Design and develop full-stack applications that integrate Generative AI and machine learning capabilities.
• Architect and implement backend services, APIs, and cloud-native systems with security and scalability in mind.
• Integrate large language models, agentic frameworks, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines into enterprise workflows.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to productionize model pipelines, vector search, and inference services.
• Enhance front-end experiences that highlight AI-generated insights and dynamic outputs.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, observability, security, and ethical AI practices.
• Resolve complex production issues across distributed systems and AI components.
• Contribute to shared engineering standards, patterns, and the evolution of our platform.
• Mentor other engineers and influence the technical direction of the team.
Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering with full-stack systems.
• Proven background in building and operating cloud-based, distributed applications.
• Experience in integrating AI/ML or Generative AI systems into production environments.
Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Backend development skills in Python, Node.js, or similar languages.
• Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker; Kubernetes; and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with LLM integration patterns, RAG workflows, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with ERP systems or enterprise automation platforms.
• Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or agent-based AI frameworks.
• Experience in technical leadership or mentoring roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.

The wage range for this role accounts for various factors such as skills, experience, training, and business needs. A reasonable salary estimate for this position is $102,400.00 - $204,100.00 per year.
