AI Creative Technologist Monks is seeking a visionary Creative AI Technologist to join our specialized team. This hybrid role demands both technical proficiency and creative strategy, bridging cutting‑edge AI developments with engaging social content. Responsibilities • Technical Foresight & Landscape Analysis – Monitor developments from Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic to anticipate upcoming AI features. • Advanced Content Creation & Prototyping – Create compelling social content for X and Instagram, prototype internal tools, and produce unique images, videos, and copy. • Internal Training & Enablement – Serve as the go‑to AI expert, bridging knowledge gaps within the organization by leading training sessions for creative, strategy, and design teams. • Playbook Development & Documentation – Build comprehensive playbooks on how to integrate AI tools effectively across strategy, creative, and operations departments. • Education & Demystification – Explain complex AI concepts in an engaging, easy‑to‑understand way for external audiences. • Client‑Facing Engagement – Collaborate with clients to problem‑solve and educate them on efficient prompting techniques. Qualifications • Technical Proficiency – Proven experience coding and hands‑on proficiency with AI/ML APIs. • Master of Prompting & AI Ecosystems – Exceptional results from generative AI tools, deeply familiar with current LLMs. • Natural Trainer & Explainer – Translate complex, technical concepts into simple, engaging language and love training others. • Social Savvy Deep understanding of AI enthusiast community trends on X, and advise copywriters on relevant technical trends. • Creative Problem‑Solver – Use APIs and new technology to build internal tools, optimize workflows, and solve creative problems.
