【Position Overview】 To accelerate the Group's AI-driven business innovation and large-scale implementation, we are inviting a top-tier AI Application Architecture & Technical Strategy Expert. This expert will serve as a core technical advisor, directly participating in the Group's AI technology blueprint planning and key pathway design & execution. Responsibilities include building the next-generation AI-powered business system architecture, overcoming core technical challenges in "human-AI collaboration" workflows, and ensuring the Group's technical strategy remains forward-looking, competitive, and capable of delivering strong commercial value.
【Core Responsibilities】
• Technical Strategy & Architecture Design: Lead the application architecture design of AI technologies in core business scenarios (e.g., intelligent marketing, intelligent decision-making), and formulate clear, feasible technology evolution roadmaps.
• Deep Integration of AIGD/AIGC: Focus on the deep fusion of AI-generated decision-making (AIGD) and AI-generated content (AIGC); lead the development of a highly available, high-concurrency standardized "human-AI co-creation" workflow platform to establish the Group's core technical moat.
• Breakthroughs in Technical Bottlenecks & Forward-Looking Research: Identify and resolve key bottlenecks in the current technology stack; track and study the latest industry technology trends; transform innovative achievements into implementable solutions to maintain technological leadership.
• Complex System Building & Standardization: Oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale AI systems—from proof-of-concept to massive deployment; lead the design and review of core modules; establish high-standard technical specifications and quality systems.
【Hard Requirements】
• Experience & Capabilities: 5+ years of R&D experience in AI-related fields, with proven success in leading large-scale AI product or platform architecture design from 0 to 1. Experts in digital twins or humanoid technologies are preferred. Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and mastery of Transformer-based large model architectures. • Technical Implementation: Proven experience in scaling AIGC, intelligent agents, complex workflows, etc., in real business scenarios, with clear quantification of business value delivered.
