Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
Internal & External Events and Meeting Management
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and events
• Organize F&B for all meetings and events – Purchase, delivery, set-up
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff for internal meetings and events for events and meeting set-up and reinstate
• Coordinate with vendors for external meetings and events
Office Supplies Procurement Management (Pantry & Stationery)
• Prepare and manage office supplies inventory
• Prepare indenting file for office supplies procurement
• Liaise with vendor to either procure goods or services
• Receive and verify delivery orders of office supplies
• Handle stationery supply requirement gathering, procurement and storage
• Prepare and manage senior management room and F&B requirements when required
• Assist in getting comparative quotes from vendors
• Back-up Reception front desk
• Other ad hoc duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor
