(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.) You will be responsible for: supporting the revenue cycle operation, including billing, possessing receipts, daily business receipts reconciliation and updating to the financial system on a timely basis; providing various revenue related analysis, including performance indicators; processing payment requests and preparing journal vouchers in a timely and efficient manner; assisting in month-end closing tasks and preparing financial schedules; providing financial support to the finance team in the day to day operations; handling other administrative works including copying, filing and document management; and performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority. You should: possess a recognised university degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent and preferably in the course of pursuing a professional accounting qualification; have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in finance, auditing or accounting field; preferably have excellent skills in using financial / accounting applications and computerised accounting systems; and be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
