Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Account Service Specialist for a large, established client. In this role, you will engage with potential residential customers, answer inquiries, and help match customers with the best service options. You will play a key part in driving enrollment growth while maintaining accurate customer records and collaborating with a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
• Answer a high volume of incoming calls from potential customers.
• Collect and record customer contact information and service preferences.
• Establish rapport with customers to identify and anticipate their service needs.
• Promote additional services and special offers.
• Maintain an organized database of potential and existing customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and performance targets.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales functions preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• Ability to quickly learn new information and match customer needs to solutions.
• Availability to work shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Must be located in Houston, TX.
