We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join our team and drive the success of our scrum team. The role involves managing the technical product backlog, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the technical product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Ensure effective communication across stakeholders through clear and concise reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent experience
• Substantial experience in agile delivery with a proven track record of success
